Anatomical enucleation steps:
1. Interurethral observation

Notes:
1. When eliminating the middle lobe, peel back the surgical envelope plane at 6 points, pay attention to the arc and force upward, and avoid separation horizontally and forward.
2. Pay attention to keeping a high-rise bladder neck to reduce the risk of retrograde ejaculation.
3. When exciting the left lobe, the mucosa can be cut at 12 o'clock in advance. When the counterclockwise blunt peels off, it can meet at 12 o'clock.
4. Invert the mirror body, you can see the mucosal flap formed by the 12-point lobe glands on both sides and the urethral mucosa. Take the midpoint of the mucosal flap and cut it horizontally (do not cut the position too high or too low). Properly retain 12 points of urethral mucosal tissue to avoid loss of urethral sphincter.
5. Generally, the connection between the gland and the bladder neck is retained at 5 to 7 points, and then the disconnection is carried out, so that the free glands will not float into the bladder.
6. Pay attention to stop bleeding during the operation. The 980nm semiconductor laser has a good effect in controlling bleeding, and the wound surface is clear, which is especially suitable for anatomical enucleation.
